The Accelerated Master of Business Administration (AMBA) program is designed for new and recent college graduates with little professional experience. The program is full-time, competitive, and high-commitment, and puts emerging professionals on the fast track to success. AMBA students typically enter the program within a year after completing an undergraduate degree.

The Accelerated MBA program begins in the fall semester with a cohort group of students who complete the program the following summer, finishing in just under a year. Students attend classes four afternoons weekly from 6:15 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and complete a professional field experience or internship in spring/summer semesters.

In addition to the spring/summer work experience, AMBA students may select two elective courses to customize their curriculum.  Networking opportunities are available in the classroom and out, through regular professional development events, campus activities, and guest speakers.

Massey faculty and staff provide personal attention to each student’s learning needs and professional goals. Enrollments are managed to ensure small class sizes so students have significant opportunities to interact with each professor and their peers. All faculty are deeply committed to ensuring that the learning environment is effective for each individual.
