The Executive MBA is a program designed for senior executives of the different functional areas of multinational companies and for entrepreneurs or owners of medium and large companies. The program involves leaders of different nationalities, thus enriching the exchange of experiences and perspectives, and creating a network of business and cultural contacts called the "EMBA Community". This program allows professionals with extensive managerial experience the opportunity to hone their skills, abilities, and knowledge in order to multiply the impact they have on their organizations and on society. EMBA participants at the Universidad de los Andes are a diverse, multidisciplinary, and excellence-oriented group. Socially responsible and natural leaders, they are consistently hard-working, meticulous, highly motivated, and able to influence and guide businesses to the most demanding international stages. The curriculum consists of 59 credit hours in total.
