The double MBA degree and the Master International Business (MIB) propose to live a transformative and personalized experience that transcends the two curricular years and enhances personal skills and work skills. In this, different aspects come together: the program, the academic and professional community, and the entrepreneurial orientation. The program is developed from an integral and multidisciplinary approach. Its design and teaching methodologies collaborate in the transformation process, taking participants from the fundamental concepts in business management to the global vision of business. The experience in the two years of MBA and MIB is also based on teamwork with the rest of the MBA generation and with the other international students of the MIB. Added to this, there is a positive and enriching collaborative environment with teachers, support staff, and graduates, who participate in different academic instances and networking events. This collaborative environment leads to the double degree extending throughout the life of the graduates within the framework of the MBA Alumni community and also as graduates of FIU.
