The EMBA adopts a non-group enrollment method. The student background is very diverse. In addition to the five compulsory courses in the curriculum design , each elective course offers a variety of elective courses. Students can freely elect courses according to their needs, increasing the heterogeneity of learning. All the teachers in the school have top academic qualifications and industry experience. Yuanzhi EMBA must complete 36 credits and complete the thesis (0 credits) to graduate. There are 5 required courses (15 credits), including organizational behavior and leadership, marketing management, financial management, job management and policy management.
