London Business School's EMBA is one of the world's leading Executive MBA programmes.
Delivered in four formats, in two commercial and financial centres, London and Dubai – you will enhance and develop the practical skills and essential knowledge that will empower you as a leader. The in-person and blended study options allow you to take less time away from the office and enable you to complete the programme in a timeframe that suits you and your organisation – anywhere between 17 to 22 months.
Whether you choose to study in-person or blended, in London or in Dubai, or even in both locations, you’ll enjoy the same access to core courses, electives, networking opportunities, leadership development, coaching, Global Experiences and more. You’ll apply what you learn immediately, creating value in your existing role, and setting you up for your future.

Year One
The in-person format delivers its year-one, core courses over 8 monthly block weeks, Thursday to Sunday, in Dubai. Teaching will typically coincide with 21 business working days.*
Your learning will be delivered 80% in-person and 20% asynchronously (self-paced, online).
Year Two
In the second year of the programme you take electives and a Global Experience.
Your schedule will vary depending upon which courses you choose and in which format these courses are offered. The majority of electives will require in-person attendance.

LBS is a truly diverse school. People are really approachable and responsive - From my experience beginning with coffee chats when I was contemplating to apply to my experience now as an alum, I can say this. Whenever they can, people do help out. Generally you don't see cut-throat sense of competition. Collaboration and respecting others is important here.
Learning and working in a highly diverse environment was one of the most rewarding aspects of my MBA experience. At Amazon, I operate across more than 10 countries, and the highly diverse student body at LBS was an excellent preparation for this. It allowed me to be exposed to and learn about cultures, work habits, and opinions I never knew before.
