The Executive MBA is a part-time program designed to fit the schedules of busy professionals. The program is delivered in three-day blocks, once a month, on campus. There are four blocks per semester and two semesters each year. The MBA program focuses on five themes: Internationalisation, Leadership, Strategic Thinking, Managerial Vision & Competencies and Entrepreneurship & Innovation. UL provide the only MBA in Europe with specialist Aviation Management electives.

The fundamental objectives of this executive MBA program are to develop your understanding of best practice management, ability to think and act strategically, decision making and leadership skills and the ability to understand and respond to the dynamics of a changing business environment.
