Studies
The Global MBA in Supercars, Superbikes, and Motorsports at Bologna Business School is a 12-month, full-time program designed to blend theoretical knowledge with practical experience. The curriculum comprises 440 hours of class activities, supplemented by individual and group work, and culminates in a 500-hour internship.
The academic year is divided into three terms:
First Term (September – December): Focuses on general management courses, including Corporate Finance, Corporate Strategy, Performance Management, Marketing Management, People Management, Geoeconomic and Geopolitical Analysis, Operations and Supply Chain Management, and Business Planning.
Second and Third Terms (January – June): Offer specialized courses such as Business Strategy for Supercar and Superbike Companies, Racing Team Management, New Product Development in the Motorsport Industry, One Customer Experience, and a Capstone Project.
Throughout the program, students also participate in Professional Development Clinics covering Business Ethics, Leadership Mindset, Diversity and Inclusion, and Digital Technologies and AI.
This comprehensive curriculum is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the high-performance automotive and motorsports industries.
