At IESE Business School we want to educate leaders to whom we can entrust the future of business and society.
As the business school of the University of Navarra, our activities are centered around three management axes:
We believe that companies are, above all, communities of people who work better in an atmosphere of respect and trust.
Our Mission
We develop leaders who strive to have a deep, positive and lasting impact on people, companies and society through professional excellence, integrity and spirit of service.
Our Vision
We aim to be the top business school in the world for purpose, inspiring leaders for whom everybody matters. By accompanying men and women on their journeys of lifelong learning, we bring a deeper meaning to doing business. We do this through global business programs and thought leadership based on relevant research.
Our Values
The ethical and moral values of the school are based on the Christian tradition. These values highlight the rights, the freedom, and the dignity of each person, who we consider the heart of any organization in society.
A key virtue that IESE promotes is that of hope: we teach our students to have a positive outlook in solving problems, large or small.
Precisely because we follow the Christian tradition, with respect for the freedom and the dignity of every human being, people of all beliefs (or of none at all) are welcome at IESE. We consider this openness to others enriching for all.
Core values of IESE include integrity, a spirit of service, and professional excellence – values that are recognized and cherished universally. We endeavor to instill a sense of responsibility in all who have been entrusted with leadership abilities, helping them see that they’ve received those talents not for themselves, but to be shared with others.
IESE is an initiative of Opus Dei, a Roman Catholic organization whose primary aim is to help ordinary men and women find holiness in all walks of life.
We use real talk, which leaves a lot more space for shared knowledge and a lot more time for authentic conversations and open discussions.

IESE is an amazing school anyone would learn and build new friendship.
I would say that one of the biggest strength of my school is that students help each other out. Second years for example organise social events but also professional ones to help the first years. Another example is that students who are very competent in one area, for example finance, take time before the ecam to hold q&a session with heir peers and answer questions or doubts they may have(knowing that the grading system is bell shaped curve so teaching others might be detrimental to your grade).
During my time at IESE, I enjoyed a truly European and American MBA experience. In my second year I had the opportunity to do my exchange program at MIT Sloan School of Management and take several classes at Harvard Business School. Attending three of the top Business Schools, both in Europe and in U.S., helped me to expand my knowledge and meet new friends from all over the world. Having gone through the experience of the MBA, I am confident that I made the right decision selecting IESE because all these opportunities that I enjoyed wouldn’t have been possible in any other Business School.
